CE is not required for limited lines licenses (credit, travel, title, portable electronics, bail bonds), persons holding a temporary license, or licensees who have not been licensed for at least twenty-four (24) months.Īpplicant must provide a valid business fax number and email address.Īll submitted phone numbers must be exactly 10 digits.Īny changes to the lines of the authority (LOAs) on the license being renewed must be made directly with the state division of insurance.Īpplicants must renew all LOAs appearing as active on Producer Database ( PDB) associated with applicant license class.
